It’s 2013 – do you know what your online reputation is?
Surprisingly, many companies do not. Worse yet, they don’t have a plan in place for dealing with a crisis when it happens. Online reputation management is crucial for ensuring your potential (and current) customers see you in a positive light. Brands must proactively monitor online mentions and have a plan for dealing with anything potentially negative before it becomes a full-blown business and/or media nightmare – resulting in lost credibility, lost customers, and lost sales.
