We had an intriguing webinar yesterday, with Search Mojo’s own Janet Driscoll Miller and Michelle Doty discussing Graph Search and its impact on both Facebook users and marketers. One of the sections of the webinar was all about Graph Search predictions, and we kicked it off by asking our webinar audience:
What do you think will be the biggest benefit of Graph Search to marketers?
Immediately following Facebook’s announcement of its new social search tool, Graph Search, the reaction in the digital industry was the inevitable speculation about what it would mean for users (more privacy issues?) marketers (how can they leverage it?) and, of course, the biggest speculation of them all: what about Google?
Could Graph Search really topple Google as the king of all search engines? And how will it impact social media marketing as we know it? Join us tomorrow (Thursday), February 21st at 2:00pm ET for a free webinar, Understanding Facebook’s Graph Search: Is It Really a Google Search Killer?Search Mojo’s Janet Driscoll Miller, President and CEO, and Michelle Doty, Social Media Specialist, will talk about the real implications of Graph Search, for both users and marketers. LinkedIn Advertising is a bit of a dark horse in the realm of pay-per-click advertising. If your company is in the business-to-business (B2B) market, LinkedIn Ads could actually deliver higher quality leads at a lower cost than PPC search ads. This isn’t to say that PPC search marketing campaigns are not effective for driving B2B leads, but it is to say that LinkedIn Ads have more options for targeting your ideal customer – and thusly, generating more targeted leads.
Have you considered LinkedIn Advertising as part of your B2B lead generation strategy? If not, then join us tomorrow (Thursday), February 7th at 2:00pm ET for a free webinar, LinkedIn Advertising: The Key to More (and Better) B2B Leads. Search Mojo’s Tad Miller, Vice President of Accounts, and Sarah Lokitis, Social Media Manager, will guide you through the basics and best practices for LinkedIn Advertising, and show you how it can help you hone in on your target audience for better conversion and better leads at a lower cost.
During this webinar, you will learn:
How LinkedIn Advertising can actually be worth more than a #1 natural search ranking when it comes to B2B lead generation.
How search keyword demographics don’t always fit to your ideal customer demographic.
What works and what doesn’t for a LinkedIn Advertising campaign.
The various LinkedIn Advertising options that are available to you.
How to set up a LinkedIn Advertising campaign and little known secrets that can help you.
Check out the preview below of the webinar, then register today! Even if you can’t make it to the webinar tomorrow, make sure to register so you receive the full recording once it becomes available.
Let’s face it: sometimes your branding strategy doesn’t always play well with your search marketing strategy. Your website copy, while true to your brand guidelines, doesn’t contain the keywords needed to drive traffic from search engines. Or perhaps you have a beautifully-designed website, created and coded using tools and programs on the bleeding edge of web design. But, Google can’t read it or index it into search results. Have any of these situations happened to you?
Thankfully, there are ways to resolve these challenges. Join us for a free webinar, Harmonizing Branding and Search to Achieve Optimal Results, on Thursday, January 24th at 2:00pm ET. During this webinar, Janet Driscoll Miller of Search Mojo and Pam Fitzgerald of branding and marketing services agency The Ivy Group will discuss ways you can integrate your branding and search strategies. You’ll learn:

Do your customers know where you are? Your website may be ranking well in Google, but many of your prospects could be looking at a more local level to find the products and services they need. Just take a look at your website analytics to see how much traffic your website receives from your city, or even your state. If you’re seeing very little (or not seeing any at all), then it’s time to consider employing some local SEO tactics. Local SEO will help your prospective customers find what they’re looking for in their own backyard – giving you an edge over your competitors.
